Kathy has combined a lifelong interest and degrees in metaphysics, psychology, healing, psychic phenomena, past-life regressions, quantum physics, and, most recently, the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).

Many QHHT practitioners speak of experiencing a 'spiritual awakening' which led them to QHHT and Dolores Cannon. However, for Kathy, she has been connecting with the metaphysical/spiritual world since she was a child. Her beliefs about spirituality stem from abundance, everyone is a creator of their reality and holds their unique power, we need to remember who we are, which is the ‘Powerful Creators’ of our world.
